Red FM makes two new appointments

The appointments have been made in Mumbai and Delhi

Red FM has made two new appointments in its Mumbai and Delhi offices. Krishna Menon has been appointed as national activation head and station head, Mumbai, while Anand Raj has been appointed station head, New Delhi.

Menon has an extensive experience of 11 years in sales and business management. In addition to looking after the Mumbai station, he will be involved in formulating advertiser funded programmes, consumer engagement and on-ground promotions as head of Red ACTIV.

Earlier, Menon was assistant vice-president, advertiser funded programs division, BloombergUTV. He was also associated with a leading radio station and was instrumental in setting up its activations team and responsible for the launch of its station at Tiruvananthapuram. He has also had stints at organisations such as Diageo, BPL Mobile and E18.

Menon says, "Red FM has executed some brilliant campaigns in the past and I have some exciting plans for the brand going forward. With a great team here, we are certain that we will be churning out some excellent work soon."

Raj's career spans 14 years, of which 10 years have been spent in the media space. He has been with Red FM for two and half years, looking after the national promotions and client solutions portfolio in Mumbai.

Earlier, Raj was associated with Astro All Asia Network, Reliance Infocomm and Sahara Network.

Speaking on his mandate, Raj says, "I will focus on increasing market share and opening revenue opportunities for Red FM in the Delhi market."
