The brand is expected to spend around Rs 10 crore on media
Premium apparel brand, Blackberrys has appointed Vizeum as its media agency. Media Direction is the incumbent agency. The brand, which is active on television and other media, is believed to have a budget of Rs 10 crore for media spends.
Owned by Mohan Clothing, Blackberrys caters to young consumers and has trousers, suits, shirts, jackets and accessories under its label. The brand is present in 150 cities in around 800 retail outlets.
Confirming the development, Nikhil Mohan, managing director, Mohan Clothing, says, "What attracted us to Vizeum was their energy and ability to add value to our brand. We evaluated them on their processes, tools, thinking and people."
S Yesudas, managing director, Indian sub-continent, Vizeum, says, "This win means a lot to us. This business will be handled out of our Delhi office. Vizeum being a boundary-less organization, Blackberrys will also receive contributions from the entire team from Vizeum India."
A multimedia campaign will be launched for the brand in September.
Vizeum India's clientele also includes Amrutanjan, Essar Group, BSA Motors and Dalmia Cements.
