Aaren Initiatives appoints Gaurav Chhibber as associate business director- North

Chhibber has more than 13 years of experience with brands like Wigan & Leigh, Madison group and Ogilvy India.

Aaren Initiative, the outdoor arm of Lintas Media Group has appointed Gaurav Chhibber as associate business director - North. Chhibber, who will be based in Gurgaon, will report to Sriram Iyer and will be responsible for consolidating the business in North India. He was earlier, assistant vice-president at 141 Wall Street, the out-of-home division of Bates 141.

Commenting on Chhibber's appointment, Hemanth Shah, president, OOH Media Initiatives, Lintas Media Group says, "As a part of the leadership team, he shall drive the overall agenda of the company in the region. He has the domain expertise to contribute towards improving deliverables to brands."

He further adds, "Chibber's joining has happened at a time when we, as a company, are poised to scale greater heights. He shall augment efforts to take the company even higher not just in terms of revenue, but improve the overall experience a brand team has when they interact with an OOH specialist agency."

Chhibber has more than 13 years of experience working with brands like Wigan & Leigh, Dialnet, Timeshare sales, Greenline Advertising, Madison group and Ogilvy India.

At 141 Wallstreet, Chhibber was responsible for new business acquisition, client retention and delight, strategic planning, insights and innovations, brand sync, on-ground planning and overall OOH solutions. Prior to 141 Wallstreet, he worked as director, client services, with OgilvyAction. He was associated with the organisation for over seven years, focusing on OOH operations in North India, and driving 360 degree brand solutions.
