Joseph George, chief executive officer, Lowe Lintas India, has been invited to be part of the panel of judges at the 2011 Global Effie Awards.
The Global Effie Awards felicitate effective global marketing communications ideas that work at the market level. All types of marketing communications entries are welcome, ranging from mainstream efforts to unconventional innovations across various media, from digital to print. Entries panning design, advertising, paid or unpaid marketing communications are eligible to enter the competition.
Created in 2003, The Global Effie Awards are known for recognising multinational marketing communications ideas that have been effective in four or more countries in at least two continents.
In the past few years, the awards have been judged in numerous continents. This time, the judging sessions are slated to be held in London, Mexico City, Singapore and New York.
