Team Jagran won the toss and decided to field first. Though the bowling line-up of Team Jagran has been formidable throughout the tournament, it lacked intensity in this match. The opposing side set an impressive target of 179 runs. The bowling brigade of Team Jagran -- Pankaj Chaddha, Pawan Kumar, Surinder and Rohit -- employed multiple strategies, but was unable to prevent the batsmen from scoring. Vipin Chaurasia of Team Multi Screen Media scored 97 runs (off 34 balls, 9X4, 7X6), helped by his team-mate Vishal Pandey who scored 70 runs (off 24 deliveries, 6X4, 6X6). The only wicket Team Jagran could snap was that of Pratik's, who walked back without opening his account.
