Kadence International expands to roll out 55 more offices in India

Kadence, the market research and insights agency, will have its insight offices in Mumbai and Delhi.

Kadence International, the market research and insight agency, has opened 55 more offices across India, after winning new projects worth US$2 million. This expansion has led to an appointment of 225 employees to manage these locations, which will be supported by 700 interviewers and supervisors on a daily basis to assist in the delivery of live projects.

With this new structure in place, Kadence International India hopes to offer a comprehensive geographical coverage as a market research agency in the country.

The new operations will deliver fieldwork services that will support Kadence International's insight offices in Delhi and Mumbai, which host the call centres and the insight teams. This brings the total number of Kadence operations in India to 57. The agency plans to open an additional full-service office in Chennai before the end of the year.

Sarvjeet Panesar, managing partner, Kadence International India, comments on the expansion in an official communiqué, "We employ passionate teams that are experienced in gaining the views and opinions of local people and turning this into actionable insight, which will help us in our expansion plans."

He adds that as India is such a vast and diverse country, having an on-the-ground presence is invaluable in providing accurate and current data to organisations operating in these communities. "Our reach is attracting significant attention from those managing government and not-for-profit research projects in India, as well as other market research agencies," says Panesar.

Simon Everard, global chairperson, Kadence International, gives the global perspective when he says, "Kadence International has adopted an approach globally that allows us to have a local presence in the countries and communities we serve. The recent new account wins by the Indian team and the work to launch new locations are encouraging, and we look forward to Kadence's growth in this vibrant market."

For the record, Kadence launched its operations in India in 2008, after establishing a network across Boston, London, Singapore and Sydney.
