According to a company official, "Patrika is the only newspaper to start editions from Neemuch and Mandsaur. It is a one-stop solution for both East and West Madhya Pradesh. We have witnessed Patrika becoming a powerful voice of Madhya Pradesh, and look forward to some major upheavals in the present market shares of the existing players in the state."

In both editions, the main edition will have 16 pages, along with four pages each of the local pullouts Just Mandsaur and Just Neemuch. Apart from this, both editions will have weekly supplements titled Parivaar on Wednesdays, Me Next on Saturdays, and Hum Tum on Sundays.

Both Mandsaur and Neemuch editions have the provision to print all coloured pages.

For the record, Rajasthan Patrika has 12 editions within Rajasthan, and five editions in the non-Hindi speaking states of Gujarat, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and West Bengal.
