Earlier, Klein was vice-president and general manager, Xerox Eurasia International Group (XEIG), based in Moscow. Klein played a key role in making it one of the fastest-growing markets for Xerox worldwide.

Klein brings diverse experience in management, sales, marketing, and channel operations to his new role, and will be responsible for business operations in India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan and the Maldives.

Prior to joining Xerox, he was vice-president and head of Ericsson's customer unit (CU) for the Indian region. Awal was instrumental in ushering in the managed services/outsourcing trend within the telecom industry in India.

At Xerox India, Awal will be responsible for driving the company's growth in the document management and business process outsourcing services markets.

Tuteja will be responsible for Xerox India's office and production printing businesses and his experience of working with Xerox will help strengthen Xerox India's partnerships and grow the channel operation, which are critical for the company's growth and expansion.

Tuteja will work with the newly-appointed regional business heads in South, Central, North and East regions, in order to expand Xerox's pan-India presence.

Chandel has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and business operations in organisations such as Tata Teleservices, Bharti Airtel and Escotel. Prior to joining Xerox, he was chief operating officer, UP West and Uttarakhand, Tata Teleservices.

"With this infusion of senior talent and expertise, Xerox India aims to capture new opportunities in the fast growing document management, services, graphic arts, production printing and office printing markets," says Klein.

He adds, "The robust and hard-working team at Xerox India will continue to deliver world class technology, service and solutions to our customers, partners and other stakeholders."
