This is the first time that the real-estate developer has consolidated its advertising and branding duties with an agency.

The marketing and expansion plans of the group include various exercises to increase its connection with the consumers. The real-estate developer intends to start aggressive integrated brand building and positioning exercises to gain prominence in the industry through rigorous outdoor communications, followed by print and electronic advertising.
