Bombay Infrastructure has roped in Kreate Advertising as its creative agency. It is a real-estate developer working in the hospitality and retail sector. The account size is estimated to be Rs 15 crore.

Confirming the news to afaqs!, Dhaval Mehta, chairperson and managing director, Kreate Advertising, says, "Yes, we have won the creative mandate for Bombay Infrastructure. There wasn't any official pitch process. We got introduced to them through one of our present clients."

This is the first time that the real-estate developer has consolidated its advertising and branding duties with an agency.

Talking about the brief, Mehta mentions, "Kreate Advertising will be required to design a brand building process. The client wants a totally new look and design, which will help people perceive it as a different infrastructure company."

The marketing and expansion plans of the group include various exercises to increase its connection with the consumers. The real-estate developer intends to start aggressive integrated brand building and positioning exercises to gain prominence in the industry through rigorous outdoor communications, followed by print and electronic advertising.

For the record, Bombay Infrastructure was established in 1995 as Basha Construction Company.
