Communicate 2, a search and digital consulting, has roped in Ronny Raichura as head, paid search division. To be based in Mumbai, he will report to Vivek Bhargava, managing director, Communicate 2.
Until recently, Raichura was with Kenshoo, an optimisation tools company based in the UK, as an account director, where he managed search for networks such as Omnicom, Havas, Vivaki, with clients such as ShopDirect, FirstChoice, Next, and Thomson Holidays.
Bhargava says in an official communique, "The paid search field has evolved a lot in the past decade in India. I am sure that Raichura's joining will bring about changes to landing pages, ad-¬copy and bids based on efficiencies of enterprise search campaigns".
Talking about his own appointment, Raichura says, "My expertise with technology-based companies will help me work better in Communicate 2."
An alumnus of Brunel University, Raichura started his career with Universal McCann. He subsequently worked with companies like Mediacom, Marin SoMware and Kensoo. In the UK, he worked with various brands like Royal Bank Scotland, Bose, MicrosoM, and Virgin Group. After a decade in the UK, he returned to India to join Communicate 2.
