Dainik Bhaskar had five editions in MP when it was launched in Jaipur with a print run of 1.78 lakh copies. Today, the daily has 12 editions in Rajasthan, including Jaipur, Ajmer, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Udaipur, Kota, Nagour, Pali, Sriganganagar, Bhilwara, Alwar and Sikar.

To celebrate the occasion, the group has launched Jaipur Mahotsav, which will see 15 activities touching the readers of the Dainik Bhaskar. These activities will come under the theme of '15 Khushiya Bhaskar Ke 15 Saalo Par' that will include a series of activities addressing various reader segments and their needs and expectations from the group.

Seminars and workshops related to reader interest subjects like marketing, painting, politics and investment will be a part of this programme.

Dainik Bhaskar is promoting the activities through its own publications and radio channels, apart from outdoor campaigns.

In an official communiqué, Manoj Agarwal, COO, Rajasthan and Jharkhand, Dainik Bhaskar Group, says, "The Rajasthan launch of Dainik Bhaskar is a landmark event in the Indian print industry. Success at that time and success now can be linked to our deep understanding of readers' needs, ambitions, desires and even expectations."

For the record, the Dainik Bhaskar Group now covers 13 states with 64 editions published in four languages.
