Everest Brand Solutions wins Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund's creative mandate

Adding yet another account to its kitty, Everest Brand Solutions has bagged the creative mandate for Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund.The win comes close on the heels of Everest recently winning the Augere's Wireless Broadband business in India. The media duties of the brand rest with Starcom.

No pitch calls preceded the Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund account win. The company awarded the business to the agency based on the strategy and creative work presented. The incumbent agency on the business is McCann Erickson. The account size is learnt to be around Rs 10 crore.

"We believe in working with our clients and add value to their business. More clients are recognising what we bring to the table. It is a huge vote of confidence for the way we work. Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund is a significant win for us," says Dhunji S Wadia, president, Everest Brand Solutions.

Betting on the future, Wadia says one can expect a lot more action in the months to come.

Calling the category to be an exciting space to be in, Rahul Jauhari, national creative director, Everest Brand Solutions, says, "Our point of view on what Kotak Mutual funds should do, given the turbulent times in the market, found favour with the Kotak team. The vibes between our teams was great."

While the company is looking at a 360-degree campaign, concrete plans are yet to be chalked out.
