Dainik Bhaskar School of Media Education has tied up with Dale Carnegie Training Consultants to take up these training programmes. Dale Carnegie is a US-based training company which has conducted training programmes across the world for more than 100 years.

The groundwork for the present setup started a year ago. A dedicated team of the group completed a training need analysis. Based on the needs of the working professionals, a focused curriculum was developed with an aim to strengthen the personality for personal and professional gain.

Functional skills, capability enhancement programmes and soft skills are some of the topics that will be covered in the sessions. The professionals will be updated on latest global trends, technological advancements and advanced photography techniques, among other subjects. As per the training schedule, every participant will have to undergo a two to four week training programme to be able to receive the Dainik Bhaskar - Dale Carnegie training certificate.

The courses are designed in such a way that every participant will experience experiential classroom training programmes as well as outdoor curriculum that will include yoga sessions, swimming, squash and tennis, among other sporting activities and adventure.
