Reliance Trends awards social media duties to AliveNow

The mandate for the agency includes creating brand awareness using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. The win comes on the back of a multi-agency pitch.

Bengaluru-based social media agency AliveNow has won the social media duties of Reliance Trends. The development follows a pitch process held at the Bengaluru office of the client.

The brand has opened up many retail stores in a short span and the agency's mandate is to put social media tools to use to drive brand knowledge and awareness. It will work on various social platforms to create awareness about products, drive sales, increase brand recall and create a community of brand enthusiasts.

For the record, AliveNow is a full-service social media agency that has worked with international brands such as Hard Rock Cafe, Pepsi, Hyundai, Honda, Chevrolet and leading Indian brands such as ITC, Prestige Smart Kitchens, Fortis and Barista Lavazza, among others. Recently, it won the social media accounts of NR Group's Cycle Pure Agarbathies and Prestige's Forum Malls.
