CodeConclave is a new mobile marketing venture launched by Lakshmipathy Bhat, erstwhile vice-president, Draftfcb Ulka Bengaluru, along with partners Siddharth Banerjee and Bhavna Sharma. Banerjee is a digital strategist who specialises in mobile media. He has worked with various creative agencies such as Grey Worldwide, Publicis Graphics and Intermarkets Advertising, while Sharma has worked as art director and brand strategist with various agencies.

CodeConclave aims to provide branded app solutions to clients, while bringing alive the brand experience in the mobile space - be it smartphones or tablets. The company will provide mobile strategy and develop solutions, primarily applications for mobile devices.

Bhat, director, CodeConclave, says, "We believe mobile is as yet an untapped medium for brands and holds great opportunities. We aim to provide mobile strategy and app development for brands. We believe that the medium has tremendous potential for brands here in India and elsewhere. We will focus to bring alive the brand experience through unique, own-able apps and rich media that bring alive the brand experience."

Banerjee, founder and chief executive officer, CodeConclave, says, "We will focus to build such apps that can connect the brand with the consumers. Therefore, we will look into the nature of the brands, strategise about the app and then start developing it - in a way we will try to connect creativity, technology and strategy."

As of now, the company is meeting clients to introduce them to the offerings.

The company has offices in Mumbai and Bengaluru in India, with a global support structure spread across Cape Town (South Africa), Copenhagen (Denmark) and North Carolina (USA) and services across Asia and West Asia.
