Rajasthan Patrika promotes brand Jaipur with Jaipur Shopping Festival

The first-ever Jaipur Shopping Festival begins on October 16 and will continue till November 13.

Rajasthan Patrika is all set to ring in the festive season celebrations with a special initiative. With the International Fairs & Festivals (IFF), the Hindi daily will launch the first ever Jaipur Shopping Festival set to take place from October 16 to November 13.

The initiative is being carried out primarily to promote brand Jaipur, a city that usually is at the top of the list for both international and domestic tourists. Jaipur Shopping Festival will be packed with festivities and celebrations that reinforce the city's status as the preferred family and events destination in the region.

IFF enjoys exclusive branding, activation, decor and events rights with major markets and malls of the city that have entered into a long term strategic tie up with the organisation. With the festival, more footfalls are expected in the market, boosting shopping that will benefit not only the participating associations and markets but the business community of Jaipur and ancillary industries. The professional umbrella will structure footfalls by unique discount schemes with lots of cross promotion schemes and a mega raffle, besides cultural events throughout the duration of the festival.

The organising committee has branded Jaipur with a common signage and colour theme. Marketing strategies have been put in place to ensure footfalls with the advertisers.

Extensive advertisements are being carried out across media in the city, besides other cities of Rajasthan, Delhi, Ahmedabad and Madhya Pradesh.

This year, the Jaipur Shopping Festival targets Rajasthan and Delhi-NCR; going forward, the plan is to make the property international. The festival hopes to guarantee economic benefits for all participating organisations, local shoppers and masses that will in turn work towards the financial gain of the state government.
