Landscape Outsourced Marketing bags creative duties of Investors Clinic

Investors Clinic, the Noida-based real estate consultancy firm, has appointed Landscape Outsourced Marketing to handle its creative duties. The agency is expected to provide 360 degree marketing and communication solutions.

The company also has 18-20 franchisees spread across the country. The company has about 2,500 employees. Its brand ambassador is cricketer Yuvraj Singh, whose image has been used quite prominently in the company's website. In 2012-13, Investors Clinic reported a turnover of more than Rs 250 crore; it claims to be associated with 160 builders and sells over 1,500 properties a month.

Investors Clinic also provides services to its clients online. Its employees contact clients to identify properties according to budget requirements and site visits. The portal offers EMI, area and stamp calculator and loan clinic facilities. It deals with properties ranging from industrial, commercial and residential to farm land. The company also has an in-house media buying team.
