The agency won the account on the back of a multi-agency pitch that took place in Apollo Tyres' global marketing office in London.
ZenithOptimedia is the outgoing agency, which was servicing Apollo Tyres in India.
Mindshare has won the multi-million dollar Apollo Tyres account, which covers both on and offline media duties.
Gera Sulinska, based at Mindshare Worldwide's London office, will be the global client lead for Apollo Tyres.
