The radio channel is calling out for pitches from creative agencies. The account was with Origin BeanStalk for the past three and a half years.

Radio City states that it is on the threshold of brand refreshment and is looking out for a creative partner who can suggest the best way to go through the process. The mandate for the new agency is to come up with fresh ideas and fresh thoughts for the brand in the coming year. However, it refused to divulge the size of the account.

The incumbent on the business is Origin BeanStalk, which has managed the account for the past three and a half years. It has also been invited to participate in the pitch for renewal of contract.

Some of the campaigns by OBS for Radio City include Radio City Super Singer, Radio City Gully Premier League, Radio City Musical-e-azam and others.

Radio City 91.1FM is promoted by Music Broadcast (MBPL). It started its operations in India in July, 2001 in Bengaluru. MBPL is owned by IVF Holdings (IVF), a private equity firm that has a multi-sector portfolio.

The radio channel also owns web radio stations by the brand name Planetradiocity.

The FM channel is present in 20 cities across India in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Jaipur, Vadodara, Surat, Sholapur, Nagpur, Sangli, Coimbatore, Vizag, Ahmednagar, Akola, Nanded and Jalgaon.
