IRS to be held in abeyance till March 31, 2014

In a statement from MRUC, it was also said that a process for revalidation of the study is being developed and that will be finalised by February 24, 2014.

It further stated that the revalidation process will be done by March 31, 2014 and the observations and recomendations arising from the process will be presented to RSCI by early April, 2014. Once the recomendations are adoted, they will be formally incorporated into the future architecture of IRS.

But as of now, RSCI, MRUC and ABC will be contacting all it members and stakeholders to hold off the usage of the study until the revalidation process is completed.
