FCBUlka Interactive ropes in Joy Das

FCBUlka Interactive recently roped in Joy Das as media director, digital. He has more than 10 years of experience and has worked with a gamut of brands like eBay, ITC, Tata Docomo and MTV, among many others.

Das is a well known digital media specialist with over 17,000 Twitter followers and a strong blogger network. He also brings with him deep knowledge of digital media mix modelling tools which ensure high efficiency and measurable response.

He will provide leadership to the digital media duties of several accounts at FCBUlka Interactive and will lead a team of more than 10 digital media planning and buying professionals.

Speaking on his appointment, Das says, "FCBUlka Interactive has some great accounts and has been doing robust work. In fact, a lot of its campaigns have been awarded at the Indian Digital Media Awards, DMAi 2013 etc. I am delighted to join the digital arm of one of the most respected advertising agency groups in the country. I look forward to contributing to this spree of account and award wins."

With the rapid growth that the FCBUlka Interactive arm has been clocking, it was only imperative to make a hire at this level to handle some of its key accounts.

Last year, FCBUlka Interactive had also appointed Sudarshan Sudevan as creative head, digital. Sudevan started his career as a cartoonist before venturing into the digital space and going on to become a digital specialist.

FCBUlka Interactive's client roster includes Amul, TCS, Tata Chemicals, Abbott Healthcare, Wipro, ITC, Bausch & Lomb, Nerolac, ICICI Bank, World Vision, FabIndia and Tata Housing, among others.
