Jivox has appointed Madhukar Rao as VP, client services. He will play a major role in expanding Jivox's client services and global support. Rao has more than 11 years of experience in digital marketing including display advertising, email marketing, working with publishers, agencies and ad technology companies.
Naren Nachiappan, MD, Jivox, says, "Madhukar Rao will be responsible for expanding our client services and support team, managing strategic accounts and growing the business with them. He will also provide key strategic inputs to corporate, product development, sales process and sales execution."
Jivox has also announced its plans to expand its Bengaluru centre and double its staff, primarily creative designers and web programmers, over the next 12 months. The company currently has a headcount of 60.
Before joining Jivox, Rao was responsible for operations, account management, strategic planning, compliance and quality management activities for Theorem as AVP, operations. He was responsible for over 70 clients across the globe and also implementing project plans within preset budgets and deadlines, negotiating SLAs for large and medium-size business transformation projects alongside managing a work force of 700+ members. He joined Theorem in 2005.
