Online advertising agency releaseMyAd has announced the launch of www.releaseMyAd.fm, an online platform that allows businesses to advertise across 24 radio channels in around 86 cities in India.
The platform offers a one-stop online advertising solution with a mix of media planning and buying, jingle production and reporting services, tailored uniquely for different business categories.
By logging in, an advertiser can specify his target demographics, choose optimised media plans across stations, provide his ad brief and instantly 'Go on Air'.
The platform provides a repository of information for comparing ad rates, programming content to help choose the right station based on one's target market. It consults businesses on their media planning in terms of the number of ad spots to play per day and their duration to effectively register an impression on the target listeners.
Lastly, it assists in developing radio jingles and ads specific to creative briefs to provide a holistic solution towards launching a radio campaign.
Sharad Lunia, business head, digital, releaseMyAd, says, "With releaseMyAd.fm, our endeavour remains to effectively service thousands of businesses aspiring to promote themselves via radio, but lacking the expertise to successfully plan, develop and launch an effective radio campaign."
The service has been operational in beta over the last few months and has already successfully generated revenues above Rs 28 lakh. Some of its major clients include well known start-ups such as Knowlarity Communications, Craftsvilla.com, Housing.com and 3sIndia.
releaseMyAd helps educate and service SME businesses to launch effective radio advertising campaigns. Launched in February, 2009 as a newspaper ad booking portal, releaseMyAd has serviced over 100,000 advertisers. It empowers SMEs to effectively advertise across newspaper, radio and digital media. releaseMyAd works with its extensive base of advertisers across a wide range of categories and budget sizes.
