Dainik Bhaskar ropes in Kaacon Sethi as chief corporate marketing officer

Dainik Bhaskar has roped in Kaacon Sethi group chief corporate marketing officer. She has over two decades of experience in the industry and has moved from Smaaash Entertainment where she was working as a consultant.

Sethi will be responsible for business development and marketing communications of the group's print media business comprising B2B corporate branding, marketing of emerging India opportunities in tier 2 and 3 markets (UnMetro), and evangelizing the concept to large clients and media agencies.

She brings on board her industry experience in marketing and sales of content, powered customer engagements across platforms. Welcoming Sethi to the Group, Pradeep Dwivedi, group chief of corporate sales and marketing, DB Corp says, "She has an acknowledged and proven track record of successful marketing, sales, innovation and business leadership while also possessing the requisite domain expertise. Sethi began her career in 1991 with JWT and then moved to the BCCL Group (Bennett Coleman & Co). She has worked in leadership positions at Lintas Media Group, Mediasys Solutions (as founder and partner), K Sera Sera Productions, Sony Entertainment Television (MSM), JWT and Trikaya Grey Advertising.

She has also worked with Indigo Business Services in a consulting role.
