Ipsos MediaCT has appointed Aldrin Stephen to head its India operations. Stephen, who was an independent consultant before joining Ipsos, is not new to the company. He was country head of Ipsos Bahrain and Qatar between 2007 and 2011. Says Adarkar, "Ipsos is a global leader in measuring and understanding how consumers access, use and respond to media content across platforms. With Aldrin's extensive experience in media and technology research, I am sure he will grow the business manifold."

Adds Stephen, "Our expertise covers audience measurement, content research and a custom research portfolio that includes tools for digital passive measurement, brand equity and content testing. These research services will immensely help our Indian clients understand consumers in today's increasingly evolving digital world."Stephen is a seasoned business leader, researcher and strategist with over 15 years of experience in leading teams, client service and business development.

Prior to being a consultant, he was heading Nielsen India's Telecom Practice. He has also worked with Incite Research Bahrain and Land Rover Bahrain in his early days of career. Stephen is a Chartered Engineer (Electronics) and has an MBA from ENPC, Paris. He recently completed the executive programme in advanced business analytics from IIM, Bangalore.

For the record, Ipsos MediaCT is Ipsos' market research specialization arm built to reach, engage and understand today's digitally driven consumer in the media, content and technology space.
