Milestone Brandcom has won the OOH mandate for real estate portal Housing.com, following a multi-agency pitch initiated in January 2015. The pitch saw participation from agencies such as DDB Mudra, Madison and Laqshya Media, among others.

Housing was established in 2012 by a group of IIT alumni and recently received substantial investment from SoftBank Group. It is amongst the fastest-growing players in the online real estate space. Recently, the startup also partnered with Google Now.
Within two years of operations, the company expanded from its original Rent and Resale proposition to include PGs and Hostels, Serviced Apartments, Land, Plot Projects and New Projects. Along with other features like 360-degree aerial views of sites, Housing helps users make informed decisions. Housing now has more than 1,500 employees in over 45 cities across India.
Milestone Brandcom is an out-of-home advertising and integrated media company in India. It currently executes OOH media duties for over 100+ established brands in India, including key accounts such as Tata Photon- Docomo, Colors, McDonald's, Binani Cement, Axis Bank, L'Oreal, Franklyn Templeton, Fastrack, ITC Foods, DSP Blackrock , ABP News, Nestle, Uninor, Titan Eye, Tanishq, ETV, Viacom Studio 18, Bajaj Auto and Polycab.
