Apollo health and lifestyle awards creative duties to Creative Inc for it's Nova business

Nova Specialty Hospitals was recently acquired by Apollo Health & Lifestyle.

Creative Inc, an integrated brand management agency, has retained the creative mandate of Nova Specialty Hospitals, which was recently acquired by Apollo Health & Lifestyle's (AHLL). The mandate comprises an innovative combination of print, outdoor, onsite, B2B and in-clinic communication channels, but with responsive marketing at the core.

Creative Inc, which manages over four healthcare brands, claims to have a specialised department of marketing strategy - healthcare division along with dedicated resources in healthcare content development for this vertical.

The agency's Delhi office will be managing the account, for which the agency has deployed a key team comprising account managers, media planners, content developers and senior resources from the art department.

Neeraj Garg, CEO, Apollo Health & Lifestyle, says, "We decided on Creative Inc as the team has been working with Nova Specialty Hospitals for a number of years, and has a good understanding of the brand. I am sure their expertise in understanding the challenges of this vertical, coupled with strong strategic and creative capabilities will help us take this business forward."

Charu Nathan, creative director of the agency, adds, "Strategy and communication framework for the healthcare sector is always challenging as the industry demands the right balance of emotions and logic. There are no set guidelines when it comes to creating effective campaigns for the healthcare sector or knowing for sure what works. So, continuous innovation is the key. Our focus primarily is to have a well-informed customer. This is where packaging information to influence and attract audiences comes in."

Creative Inc. is managed by Pramit Jagannathan, director, strategy, and Nathan. The agency extensively works with the healthcare and education verticals besides FMCG, technology and consulting. Some of its clients include Amtek, NASSCOM, AON, Berkeley HealthEDU, British Council and ITDC, among others.
