My FM launches Zindagi Express Book

The book is a collection of 45 best stories written by the radio station's RJ Aarti.

My FM has launched a book for its late night storytelling show 'Zindagi Express' in Gujarat. The book is a collection of 45 best stories written by RJ Aarti, the host of the show. The stories in the book derive their essence from the brand values of the radio channel which inspires people to live their live to the fullest, by bringing about a positive change in their lives, as also in society.

The book was launched on March 21, 2015, at Ahmedabad in the presence of eminent Gujarati poet Tushar Shukla and chairman of Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Rakesh Shah.

Talking about the book, RJ Aarti says, "This book wouldn't have been possible without the encouragement received by My FM and the love of my listeners. All the stories narrated in our show 'Zindagi Express' are inspired from our day-to-day life - creating positive values for others."

Speaking on the launch, Viplove Gupte, national programming head, 94.3 My FM, states, "Consumer centricity is where we get our ideas and inspirations from. The book launch of 'Zindagi Express', our very popular show in Gujarat, also originated from there. The constant need of listeners to read the stories in the form of the book is what prompted us. Storytelling has come of age and, with an experienced artist like Aarti, we were able to gain momentum very easily."

This show has also gained high popularity internationally, via our YouTube channel. Looking at the fabulous response from the listeners and on popular demand, we came up with the idea of launching a book."
