Printvenue's former CMO, Gagan Arora, takes over as CEO

Printvenue.com, a personalised printing online portal, has appointed its co-founder and CMO, Gagan Arora, as the CEO of the company. In his new role, he will be responsible for the overall strategic growth of the company, enhancing customer experience and satisfaction, and introducing new products.

As CEO of Printvenue, he plans to make personalisation of products affordable, accessible and feasible for people. He will also be consolidating the operations of the company in India and abroad.

Speaking about his appointment, Arora shares, "I really appreciate Rocket Internet and board members for their confidence in me. Established in 2012, Printvenue is an online printing portal offering business cards, letterheads, cardholder and other personalised accessories and gifts such as photo-mugs, pens, cushions, T-shirts, pen drives, mobile skins, mobile cases and many more. It offers a choice of ready-to-customise templates which can be ordered online.

The company has pan-India business interests, along with an international presence in Singapore and Australia. It claims to have won various awards like Gifting e-retailer of the India 2014, Red Herring Top 100 Global Companies Award and Red Herring Top 100 Asia Companies Award.
