Mumbai-based Utopeia Communicationz has won the creative duties for real estate brand Radius Developers. The account was won after a multi-agency pitch which consisted of two rounds. According to industry sources, the marketing spends for the company this year are in excess of Rs. 150 crore.
Radius Developers is an associate of Wadhwa Group and claims to have a land bank of over 20 million square feet, spread over 21 proposed projects. The brand pitches itself as a modern take on real estate and maintains a philosophy of 'build around you'. The company is headed by Sanjay Chhabria, managing director.
