Speaking on the win, Onads' founder, Jignesh Maniar, says, "We are absolutely delighted to work on this business especially because it gives an opportunity not only to build a brand, but a new category. Crab Sticks is very popular around the world, and our mandate is to make it popular in India."

Arjun Gadre, owner, Gadre Marines, adds, "Onads came up with a bold approach and very interesting ideas. Having top-class creative and digital services under one roof was an added advantage."

Gadre Marine, established 1978, is a Surimi manufacturer and exporter of marine products world over. Gadre Sea Food claims to be the largest exporter of Crab Sticks in India and it sees a strong potential for this product in the Indian market, as it garnered a good response in the soft release done at select retail outlets across the country. The vision, now, is to make it popular.

Established in 2008, Onads Communication is a 360-degree advertising and marketing solutions company started by Maniar, who has earlier worked on the popular 'Dimaag Ki Batti Jala De' campaign for Mentos. Onads has offices in Mumbai and Bengaluru.
