Posterscope India realigns senior management

While Fabian Cowan, previously EVP, Brandscope India, has been elevated as head, Posterscope India, Charanjeet Singh Arora has been roped in as head, Brandscope India.

Posterscope India, a part of the Posterscope Group Worldwide and the outdoor arm of the Dentsu Aegis Network, which has recently completed seven years in India, has made two appointments within its senior management. While Fabian Cowan, previously executive vice-president, Brandscope India, has been internally elevated as head, Posterscope India, Charanjeet Singh Arora has been roped in as head, Brandscope India. Arora was formerly associated with Rapport Outdoors as associate vice-president.

Commenting on his new role, Cowan says, "I believe a new and changing out-of-home ecosystem requires an equally new approach. The consumer has established his/her intelligence, and our clients, too, are aware and expect the best. We need people who are in sync with this intelligentsia, since there is no place for mediocrity. Recent structural alignments reflective of this new approach will continue to be visible in the future."

Talking about his new responsibility, Arora says, "Posterscope has a defined plan and purpose. The leadership team at Posterscope reflects the core values that I believe in. I am excited about this opportunity and know that I will be given the space to express myself and contribute handsomely to the objectives of the group."

Cowan is an experienced professional carrying with him 21 years of experience, with a diverse media background including print, radio, television, digital and out-of-home. He is also a certified trainer and facilitator, and has been with the company for more than five years.

On the other hand, Arora too, brings with him 22 years of professional experience spanning industries such as courier services, radio, television and outdoor.
