Saurabh joins BloombergQuint as business head, digital and marketing.

The current streak of Network18's former officials joining Raghav Bahl and his Quintillion Media continues. Yet another recent addition to the list is Saket Saurabh. Prior to this, he was CEO at the digital start-up #fame (To The New's live online video entertainment platform) from the time of its inception.

Saurabh, who has already joined BloombergQuint as business head, digital and marketing, will report to BloombergQuint CEO Anil Uniyal. "There is a great opportunity to build a genuinely integrated business brand across platforms. BloombergQuint is set to pioneer a re-invention at scale. I am excited to be a part of such a stellar team and hope to contribute meaningfully in the creation of an industry leader," says Saurabh while speaking to afaqs!

Before joining To The New's live online video entertainment platform, Saurabh handled various responsibilities at Network18. He was associated with the Network as head, marketing, with CNBC-TV18, and GM, corporate development, Network18 Media and Investments.

BloombergQuint is a 76:24 joint venture (JV) between Raghav Bahl's Quintillion Media and the global business news television player Bloomberg. The JV will launch a website and a linear TV channel. "The website will launch in its beta form very soon and as far as the TV channel is concerned, we are waiting for the regulatory approval and clearances," Bahl tells afaqs!.
