OTT app Saregama Classical adds new feature Classical Studio

Saregama India, a music label company, has launched Classical Studio, a new feature to its OTT (Over-The-Top) app Saregama Classical. The feature will enable classical music lovers to watch their favourite artistes' music videos while on-the-go. This endeavour is a step forward from Saregama to give music aficionados an experience like never before.

Sharing his views on the latest development, Vikram Mehra, managing director, Saregama India, says in a press release, "The response to Saregama Classical since its launch has been phenomenal. We've got listeners not only from India, but also from the US, Kenya, and the UK. Classical music aficionados love listening to this genre of music live and that's what we hope to offer by adding 'Classical Studio' as a new feature to this app. You can now watch your favourite artistes as if they are performing live on your mobile or tablet."

Saregama Classical Studio is a video series putting forth India's cultural strength on a global stage. Artistes who feature include renowned exponents of classical music such as Pt Jasraj, Ustad Amjad Ali Khan, Ajay Prasanna, Hari Prasad Chaurasia, and Bickram Ghosh.
