Jindam, an ex-Scarecrow executive, returns to the agency after a successful stint with photography. His passion to capture people and emotions enabled him to meet people from various walks of life, share their stories, and helped him grow as an individual.

Jindam started his career with Interface Communications in Mumbai and later moved on to McCann, Ogilvy India, and DDB Mudra where he worked on brands such as Parachute, Radio Mirchi, Tata Indicom, Barclays Bank, Dove, Ponds, Taj Holidays, Neutrogena, Lipton, and Volkswagen. This was followed by a stint at Rediffusion-Y&R Mumbai, where he worked on Tata Motors, SBI Mutual Funds, SugarFree, and Nycil.

Commenting on his appointment, Jindam says in a press release, "It is a matter of great pride and delight to return to Scarecrow. Even though I have been away from the industry for the last two years, I felt an instant re-connection when I walked back here to meet (Manish) Bhatt."

He adds, "The challenges shall be new for us but the soul of this place still remains the same. This is an exciting blend and I look forward to my new stint here."

As for Vaidya, he rides into Scarecrow Mumbai straight from Rickshaw, a design agency, fuelled by nine years of experience in visual communication.

He has worked with Apex, Metal, Minority, and finally Rickshaw, where he was art group head. His portfolio includes brands such as Phoenix Marketcity, Platinum Jewellery, Colors Marathi, Mahindra Thar, Blue Foods, UTI Mutual Fund, BCCI, Zoom TV, IBN Live, Safari Luggage, and Reliance Metro.

Commenting on his appointment, Vaidya says in a press release, "I always wanted to work with (Raghu) Bhat and (Manish) Bhatt and the desire to do something new, exciting, and daring brought me to Scarecrow. I believe that brands that step out of their circle of comfort are brands that are poised for growth and glory."
