Spuul now has largest library of Punjabi movies

Spuul's new deals with film houses involves existing blockbusters, as well as exclusive digital premieres of upcoming films.

Spuul, the digital video-on-demand (VOD) platform for Indian movies has expanded its Punjabi content library with a collection of over a 100 movies. Keeping in line with its strategy to grow and expand its existing library on regional movies this year, Spuul has added movies from Punjabi content producers and distributors such as Lokdhun, Unisys, Daddy Mohan Records, Speed Records, Kumar Films, and Yellow Music. With these tie-ups, Spuul will become the VOD player with the largest library of Punjabi titles.

The exclusive premiere of the upcoming movie 'Atishbaazi Ishq’ will be one of the first few titles Spuul will showcase, within a week of its theatrical release, early next month. This will be followed by its exclusive showcase of Jimmy 'Vaisakhi List’ for the first two months of the movie's digital release earlier. The other popular titles in the Spuul catalogue are Jatt & Juliet 1 and 2 and the animated blockbuster Chaar Sahibzaade.
