KRDS Singapore, part of the Paris-headquartered KRDS Group, along with its offices in India, Hong Kong, the UAE, and China, has launched Oh My Bot!, a new chat bot agency to help brands leverage the chat bot revolution on instant messaging apps.
The department will assist brands with building an effective bot strategy that is best suited for the brand's business goals. Oh My Bot! will be instrumental in analysing how a chat bot can help enhance the brand's interaction with customers and potential stakeholders. The agency will develop and host a chat bot on Facebook, WeChat, and other messaging apps offering seamless integration with the brand's CRM strategy. The agency will also provide brands with reliable technical support and human moderation services to further enhance the interaction with customers online.
He adds, "There is a need for fresh new thinking in this space. This prompted us to launch an agency by assembling the best experts in the field. OMB (Oh my Bot!) will serve to be the one-stop agency for building custom chat bot experiences for brands that aim to fulfil the needs and expectations of their customers."
The development comes after a series of successful bot projects on WeChat and Facebook Messenger, the latest being the one for Fox Star Studios to promote the movie M S Dhoni - The Untold Story, as well as another for the promotion of the Bollywood film 'Kaabil' which will be India's first celebrity bot that can interact with the fans, send them audio messages from celebrities, and push the trailer of the movie.
Oh My Bot! aims to assist brands to develop an effective strategy to get an edge over their competitors in the wake of the chat bot revolution.
