Spuul ties up with Dharma Productions

The non-exclusive deal will give the Spuul's Indian diaspora audience, access to Dharma's hits.

Spuul, the digital video-on-demand (VOD) platform for Indian mainstream Hindi and regional content has added movies from Bollywood's film production company - Dharma Productions, to its existing library.

Spuul ties up with Dharma Productions

This is a non-exclusive deal for territories outside of India for now, and will cater largely to the Indian diaspora that is the core audience for Spuul.

While Amazon Video has an exclusive tie-up with Dharma Productions in India, premium subscribers of Spuul outside India will be able to access Dharma's exisiting roster of movies as well as the upcoming ones for now. In addition to Hindi version of "Bahubali" - which Dharma Productions has released - other blockbuster movies include but are not limited to - Kapoor & Sons, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Kal Ho Na Ho, Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna and Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania.

These movies will be available across platforms like Web, Mobile (iOS, Android), Smart TV (Samsung, Panasonic, LG), Airplay on iOS, Fire on Amazon and Chromecast on Android.

In addition to a large selection of free movies, Spuul currently offers a premium subscription option in monthly, annual and multiple smaller packages, along with pay-per-view movies as well.
