Zenith makes three new appointments in senior roles

Atul Sharma, Love Guglani and Swati Jha set to join Pulicis Media's Zenith.

Zenith, part of Publicis Media India, has announced three senior-level appointments. According to the press release shared by the agency, Atul Sharma and Love Guglani join as senior vice-president (SVP), New Delhi while Swati Jha joins as SVP for the agency's West India operations.

Speaking about the appointments, Tanmay Mohanty, group chief executive officer (CEO), Zenith India says, "...We are pleased to announce these three senior-level hires for Zenith who will help us upscale our operations, in line with our accelerated growth and momentum. I look forward to our new appointees bringing in fresh vigour, enthusiasm and passion to the organisation and embracing Zenith's unique and highly differentiated offering."

A marketing post-graduate with more than 16 years of work experience across multiple marketing and media functions, Sharma joins Zenith as SVP in New Delhi. He will be the business head for strategic business unit (SBU) that includes Nestle, Truecaller, Yatra, Hotels.com and others. In the past, Sharma has led businesses for Snapdeal, Freecharge, Gaana.com, Cricbuzz.com, ITC Retail, Del Monte and Lenskart among others.

Guglani comes on board as SVP for Zenith, New Delhi, to lead the other SBU for Cargill, LVMH, Jabong, Micromax, Hennes and Mauritz (H&M), Aviva amongst others. He too, comes with over 16 years of experience in media across strategy, planning, buying and implementation. Love has a diverse background, and in the past led businesses such as LG, Tata DoCoMo, HCL, Samsung and Intel Microprocessors.

Jha joins as SVP to head the agency's West India operations and will be based in Mumbai. She has over 14 years of media agency experience to her credit, which includes award-winning work on brands such as Saffola, Parachute and Bournvita, not just in the Indian market but also in some of the prestigious global platforms and juries such as Festival of Media Asia Pacific (FOMA). She has also led Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) businesses such as Mondelez (earlier Cadbury), Marico, Kellogg's, Godrej and Zydus Cadilla in senior leadership roles.
