The burger brand has released a short video to clear the air around #BurgerGate.

Leo Burnett India and McDonald's India have come up with a short video on Twitter that aims to simplify the burning issue at hand - whether the cheese slice should be placed above the patty or below it?

The twenty second long video addresses the humorous discussion on Twitter that revolves around how brands use different versions of the hamburger emoji. While Apple has the cheese slice in the middle of the stuffing, Google placed it just above the lower bun. Critics hold the opinion that Google's positioning of the cheese slice will make the lower dough soggy. However, Twitterarties unanimously approved Apple's 'cheese strategy'.

Google soon acknowledged this issue through a tweet by company's chief executive officer, Sundar Pichai. He promised to "drop everything" and address the issue on priority. McDonald's came to the company's rescue by releasing a new video which explains the correct way of handling cheese in a burger!
