Balaji Telefilms appoints Nachiket Pantvaidya as group COO

Balaji Telefilms informed the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) that in its board meeting held on November 10, 2017, the board approved the appointment of Nachiket Pantvaidya as Group COO of Balaji Telefilms.

Nachiket PantvaidyaPantvaidya will continue to hold his position as CEO at AltBalaji, alongside; he will now have additional responsibilities at Balaji Telefilms across the television and movies business. He joined AltBalaji in December 2015, previously he worked in senior leadership roles across Sony Entertainment Television, Star TV Network, Fox Television Studio, BBC and Disney.

"At Balaji Telefilms as Group COO Pantvaidya will work closely with the television and movies business to drive profitability and operational excellence across the Group. He will help lead the development and implementation of strong processes and controls across the group to deliver on our business plans," Balaji Telefilms informed through a press note.
