This will allow each of the alliance partners to draw on the other's strengths to reach a wider audience. Users at planetcustomer.com will have access to more travel-related information and services through the link to shubhyatra.com on the site.
At the same time, users logging on to the shubhyatra site can get directly linked to planetcustomer.com for feedback, special offers, and consumer reviews and ratings on any travel-related services.
Launched in January 2000, planetcustomer.com is India's first portal for the consumer. The portal is aimed at creating a 'complete consumer community' - a world of better informed and more satisfied consumers.
