Jaydeep Chaudhuri of Madison Media joins MAXUS, Bangalore

Jaydeep Chaudhuri joins MAXUS, Bangalore, from mid-August 2004, to take charge of the Britannia media account. MAXUS, it may be recalled, had won the prestigious Britannia business earlier this year in a multi-agency pitch, and since then, the team on the account has been put in place. Chaudhuri, who will be taking charge as a business group head, would report to MAXUS, Bangalore, General Manager, Ruby Bana. Chaudhuri, for the record, was previously with Madison Media.

Chaudhuri started his career at O&M, Chennai, after passing out from MICA, Ahmedabad. While at O&M, he worked with clients such as CavinKare and TI Cycles. His next stint was with Lowe's Mumbai office, where he was channel planning manager on the HLL account. He subsequently joined Madison Media, where he worked on accounts such as P&G and Asian Paints. Incidentally, Chaudhuri was a part of the startup team on the Asian Paints account.
