Saregama acquires NAV Records' Music Catalogue across Haryanvi, Punjabi, and other genres

Saregama has announced the acquisition of a music catalogue from NAV Records, a company active in the Haryanvi music space. The acquisition includes over 6,500 tracks across genres such as Haryanvi, Punjabi, Ghazals, Devotional, and Indie Pop, further expanding Saregama’s language and genre portfolio.

The deal also brings with it digital assets including popular YouTube channels like NAV Haryanvi and Nupur Audio, which together have a subscriber base of over 24 million.

This acquisition broadens Saregama’s presence in the Haryanvi music segment, adding to its existing portfolio across regional languages and genres. Going forward, Saregama and NAV Records will collaborate on the creation of new Haryanvi and Punjabi content.
