Thomas Cook (India) Ltd (TCIL), the country's largest integrated travel and travel related financial services company launches 9 foreign exchange and travel counters in the newly opened Terminal 3 at the New Delhi International Airport. The one stop shop counters by Thomas Cook will not only offer foreign exchange services to the passengers but also all the products and services such as insurance, air & rail tickets, domestic and international travel packages, hotel bookings and many more.
TCIL has designed these world class counters on International lines present in other major international airports such as Heathrow and Manchester. Entire staff at T3 has been especially trained on service quality considering the passengers profile that the terminal would see. There are 5 counters in the Departure level including 1 in International SHA. In Arrivals section there are 4 counters, two are located inside the customs area, directly opposite to baggage belts which are bound to catch passengers' attention using those belts. Other 2 counters are located in arrival lounge (outside the customs area).
On the occasion Mr. Madhavan Menon, Managing Director, Thomas Cook (India) Limited said, "This is a step in the direction to get closer to our travel audience and to take our bouquet of services to the customers. This is the first time we have had such an agreement with any airport where we can provide travel services and foreign exchange out of the same counter.
