California Pizza Kitchen continues India expansion with latest opening at Infiniti Mall

Close on the heels of a successful launch at Mumbai’s premium shopping destination, High Street Phoenix, JSM GGC Restaurants Pvt. Ltd is delighted to announce the opening of California Pizza Kitchen, Inc. (CPK) (NASDAQ: CPKI), home to the Original BBQ Chicken Pizza and other innovative hearth-baked pizzas, made-to-order pastas, creative salads, appetizers, soups, sandwiches and desserts, at another location, slated to be its third in India, at the newly opened Infiniti Mall in Malad, Mumbai. CPK, a franchise, is run by JSM GGC Restaurants Pvt. Ltd; a joint-venture between Mumbai-based JSM Corporation and Dubai-based Gourmet Gulf Company. The restaurant is also present at the upscale Bandra Kurla commercial district of Mumbai.

Home to a wide variety of brands from Lacoste to Zara, along with numerous entertainment options like 5-screen movie theater - Cinemax and a first-of-its-kind Kids Zone, Infiniti Mall is Malad’s newest destination to shop, eat and play. The mall is located in Mumbai’s IT & BPO Hub, attracting crowds across ages.

The new CPK restaurant located on the third floor food court of the new mall is spread across 3,750 square-foot and seats approximately 150 people. The restaurant tastefully adapts the international booth style dining with leather sofas with soft yellow-brown tones, and dark floors. The restaurant will be open Monday through Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

The open-exhibition kitchen takes center stage where guests can watch as all the innovative creations are prepared. California Pizza Kitchen presents a variety of delicious menu items from the popular Tostada Chicken Pizza, Thai Crunch Salad, a selection of tacos, and several mouth-watering options for vegetarians such as the Tricolore Salad Pizza, Kung Pao Spagetti and Garlic Cream Fettucine.
