Radio Misty 94.3 FM, the first and Number one fm station of North Bengal is celebrating Poila Baisakh by organizing a host of events to honour the Bengali New Year. Radio Misty has organized host of on air and ground activities.
Radio Misty Chief Executive Officer Nishant Mittal says, Bengali New Year is big celebration time and we have designed shows for Poila Baisakh specially. Radio Misty has conducted similar events in the region prior to this and there has been a great response from the listeners for both their on air and ground activities. Today there was Misty Adda where celebrities from different field gathered to share their, moments exclusively for Radio Misty listeners.
Radio Misty activation team organized ground activity at different spots in Siliguri. Variety of game shows was held and the winning Boisakhi Jodi was given gifts. Radio Misty has also tied up with orchid in uttorayan, the largest township of the region for Bengali food festival. This festival a huge hit showcased Bengali cuisine made by celebrity chefs. Radio Misty promoted this festival on air by RJ speaking about the spread and interviews of the chefs. Radio Misty have teamed up with many other food joints for Poila Biasakh.
Radio Misty has teamed up with Oodlabari Union club for Mega Musical Night at Oodlabari on 17th April, where Famous singer Jojo and saikat mitra will perform live.
