Candid Marketing promotes two VPs as managing partners
Sharma and Kumar will be involved in general management processes to actively administer the cross-functional roles and decisions impacting the agency's overall operations.
Brand activation agency Candid Marketing has recently strengthened its core team by promoting its vice-presidents, Devika Sharma and Amrita Kumar, to the posts of managing partners. These management changes will play a key role in the current growth phase for Candid Marketing.
Kumar will continue to push Candid Marketing towards being a creative-centric agency, and also manage its high-growth digital activation business.
Kumar says, "It is extremely gratifying to take on this new role, especially in my 10th year at the agency. Working in Candid has been one of the most enriching experiences -- professionally, and personally -- and, I am really looking forward to steering Candid into the creative and digital-led activation agency that we are striving to be."
On the other hand, Sharma will continue to head the client servicing and operations verticals for Candid Marketing, nationally.
Sharma says, "Working in Candid and seeing my contribution fructifying and adding value to the organisation has been one of the most gratifying experiences in my life. It has been a wonderful journey, and this development just takes the game to a whole new level. I look forward to this new role and the challenges that come with it."
