Neeraja Kale joins Percept/H as COO

She will be based in Mumbai and will lead a set of accounts in the Mumbai office. She joins Percept after a stint at Law & Kenneth.

Percept/H has appointed Neeraja Kale as chief operating officer, West. She will be based in Mumbai and will lead a set of accounts in the Mumbai office. As reported by afaqs! earlier, Kale had recently quit Law & Kenneth as senior vice-president and branch head, Law & Kenneth, Mumbai.

Commenting on Kale's appointment, Prabhakar Mundkur, chief executive officer,Percept/H, says in an official communiquï¿½, "In her 16 years of experience in marketing and communication, Neeraja has worked on various renowned brands across categories. I am sure she will add value to our client's business through her diverse experience and expertise."

On her decision to join Percept/H, Kale remarks, "Percept/H is at a turning point in its lifecycle and I am excited to be a part of shaping it, along with some very accomplished colleagues."

Kale has over 16 years of experience in marketing and communication, having worked in companies such as L'Oreal India, McCann Erickson India, Everest Brand Solutions, Marching Ants Advertising and Law & Kenneth. An MBA in Marketing from Pune University, she has offered holistic marketing and communication solutions to brands such as Fun Cinemas, NDTV Imagine, MSN, Britannia, Titan, Red FM, MTV, Asian Paints and Cadbury India, among others.

Kale has won a Cannes Lion for Hallmark cards and a New York Gold for Sweetex in the past.
