DB Realty has aligned its creative business with Percept/H. The Mumbai office of the agency will manage the duties for the company. The size of the business is estimated at Rs 22 crore.

Sources from the industry have confirmed the news to afaqs! on the condition of anonymity. Although the media mix could not be obtained, DB Realty is traditionally known to be a big spender on print media.

Rediffusion-Y&R was the incumbent on the creative business. In 2007, following a multi-agency pitch, Rediffusion-DY&R was appointed the creative agency for the prestigious DB Realty account.

DB Realty (Dynamix Balwas Realty) is a large real estate developer based in Mumbai, and is the flagship company of the DB Group. The group has interests in hospitality, realty and telecom. Currently, DB Realty builds both residential and commercial developments. The company's other projects include mass housing and cluster redevelopment projects.
